After 2 years of being a patient at this clinic without missing any appointments or causing any issue. I was sick for my son's appointment and forgot about it. For that my GP gave me 5 prescriptions for exploration and tests. I went to the clinic and showed what I have. They didn't even bother looking or understanding what happened. You missed it, you lost your £20 deposit.When you deal with a clinic and they call you a "Patient" but they treat you like a customer, it has to be shared. I may have lost my £20 but this will stay as a reminder to the owners that a Clinic deals with patients and if a clinic doesn't value its patients and treat them like strangers, someone like me would share their experience to allow others to think twice before using them.

Highly recommend Denpure for any dental requirements and will be returning to them regularly. Parking is paid but is nearly always available, facilities are clean and well appointed. Staff are professional, friendly, helpful, accomodating, patient and supportive. Prices are very competitive and the Dentists themselves are very thorough and explain everything brilliantly.

I’ve been seeing Dr R Dali for over 5 years. She is the most lovely dentist I’ve ever visited, she makes me feel comfortable and is so friendly as sometimes it can be a nerve racking experience. I’ve always been unhappy with my smile as I have a baby tooth still and very sharp teeth in the wrong places, 5 years ago she explained to me what can be done. I firstly had teeth whitening which was so easy to use, just adding a solution to a retainer which is moulded to your teeth and once she’s happy with the colour, we went on and had my teeth filed and had composite bonding on a few teeth especially over my baby tooth and now I’ve never been happier with my smile. I couldn’t thank Dr Dali anymore for helping me build my confidence with my lovely smile. Thank you so much. I’ve had a top up recently and still absolutely satisfied with the outcome. :)

Excellent whitening and combined with the composite bonding is an easy and effective alternative to more invasive treatments, reasonably priced too especially compared to other surgeries. Would thoroughly recommend Dr Dali & Dr Makhijani who have been very helpful and skillful

Dr Roshani Dali has used Composite Bonding to hugely improve the appearance of my teeth and protect them from future damage. With the help of some gentle bleaching to start with, the colour is much improved. My teeth now also look much straighter. I have a wonky tooth on the top at the front. With no actual straightening, the bonding has been used to make them look straight and now you would never know anything was wrong. Throughout the process Dr Dali was gentle and patient and explained it all as we went along. I would recommend her to anyone.

Firstly, I would like to mention the receptionists Carly, Julie and Cam for being so approachable, professional, very kind /helpful and with lovely smiles (!) who make sure that the patients are being very well looked after be it on the phone or in person. They will go out of their way to make sure one is happy with appointments etc. Rachel, who works her magic behind the scenes so very well too is a star in every sense!The practise is fabulously run/organised. The dental assistants (Joanna etc) are sweet and put one at ease. Mr Makhijani and Dr.Birah are amazing dentist in their respective field. The former has an amazing sense of humour and memory. He always remembers to ask after my family members by name. Both dentists have a great bedside manner, are very gentle and do great, perfect dentistry and know their stuff.They are also very polite and kind. I can highly recommend Denpure .

Dr Roshani Dali is a magician!She knew my anxiety levels were at their peak at the start of the session…I didn’t think I could go thru with the procedure of composite fillings. However, with her kindness, patience + professionalism, Dr Dali calmed me down enabling her to carry out composite fillings for 5 of my front teeth. My family recently signed up to this practice and whilst the dentists and hygienists have been top quality the reception staff are the most passive aggressive I have ever encountered worse than GP’s surgery - should be a 5 star but you really lack in quality when it comes to your front of house. More training is definitely needed or perhaps someone more educated who is able to speak to members of the public - disgraceful behaviour.

Have always had great service by Dr Rosshini.I was recommended to her and she made a great job of fixing my smile via her cost effective dental method of bonding.I had yellowing chipped teeth and after an initial consultation and quotation I had an appointment made for a few weeks later.Work on my teeth was all done in a 3 hour appointment and I left with mended and white teeth.My teeth still look as good 2 1/2 years later.Dr Roshini is also a very pleasant person who puts you at ease through the whole process.Highly recommend.

Such a positive first time experience with this dental centre from start to finish with excellent and efficient and friendly receptionists (Carly took my call). I booked in with an EXCELLENT HYGIENIST LORRAINE, she took her time meticulously showing me with a mirror the areas of concern, she was excellent in educating me on my dental hygiene and areas to implement change, did an excellent clean of my teeth which had some minor stains on it and recommended products tailored to my needs, I would give 6 stars, and will be a long term patient :)

Had a lovely (long overdue) check up with Dr Baythoon and nurse Geeta - they both made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Dr Baythoon explained what was happening at every step, talked me through my X-rays and by the end of the appointment we were chatting like old friends! As a kid I had a bad expereince with a dentist, which always stuck with me. This made me very sceptical every time I had to go to a dental practice. However, when I came to Denpure I felt much better as the dentist Mandeep Birah explained everything carefully before even starting, as she saw I was scared. My dad and I had our appointments booked here for minor fixings and a checkup. From start till finish everyone there was so nice and welcoming. They talked us through step by step of how they were going to help us with our problems. I had a few teeth at the back removed and my dad had his teeth filled in, and again they talked us through everything they were doing and were very professional. Overall they treated us like family and there never a point in our visit where we felt left in the dark or uncomfortable. Again after my dad had an emergency visit to remove a tooth and he told me how they recognized him and treated him yet again with the upmost respect. Their professionalism was off the charts. Special shout-out to the Head Dentist and RSD as they were the ones that took care of us. Very pleased

This is valuable information because you can predict the situation and plan the next treatment if necessary. the worst service I have ever hadas I was using the service of this clinic on NHS expenses , they use to give me one appointment every 2 months and at 30 mins before the appointment they used to cancel the it cause the doctor is sick, I had 4 appointment with them and I faced this cancelation 4 times, it seems just kind of policy they do it with NHS clints to stop them coming again, so cleaning my teeth and mend one of them took me 8 months to finish.I asked the doctor, can I mend the other tooth? she said no sorry, because you are on NHS you have to leave a gap of period to use our service again. So I have to wait not for a medical reason but because I am on NHS , that means they are thinking about money, be sure if your doctor think about money to treat you that means you will never get a good service.I don't recommend them at all.

Found this place by doing a Google search for Composite Bonding. By pure coincidence they were having an open day, with a discounted composite plan.I hadn't been to a dentist in excess of 5 years so was dreading the work I may need before bonding could take place but all I needed was a scale, polish and chip repair!So only charging for the work I needed doing, which was a relief... their prices are really reasonable too, the check up was not much more than the NHS charge.Oh and staff and very friendly too!

I have always had huge anxiety with dentist and my teeth got to a point I was extremely embarrassed. I found it difficult just pushing myself to make an appointment. However from the very first consultation with Dr Dali I felt safe, respected and understood. Dr Dali went at my speed and was amazing at calming me on my bad moments. I have to say I have dentist anxiety-after a few bad experiences in the past-So I’m obviously not a regular visitor-but after having a broken tooth with a hole in,that then led to an Abscess,I had to go.I found Denpure,who were absolutely brilliant with me.Gentle,understanding and really patient on both visits.Overall,I had X-Rays,extraction & my teeth cleaned and I honestly didn’t expect it to be so painless & straightforward.Amazing.Thank you so much for your professionalism..See you in 3 months!

I have had an amazing experience with my Invisalign treatment which took only 6 months to complete. I am so happy with the results, my teeth are super straight and I cannot stop smiling. Massive thank you to my fabulous dentist - Dr Manika Malhotra for always being so friendly and making me feel so comfortable. Would defo recommend !

Hadn’t been to a dentist in years but had no choice into going, so glad I did as soon as you walk in the door the staff are so friendly and helpful and put you at ease. My dentist is great very patient and gentle, Angela is so good she has changed my view on dentists all together.Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff.

Angela was amazing! I was really scared but she walked me through ever step of the procedure and I felt very comfortable. She is an amazing dentist and I wish that every dentist was so quick, precise and nice as Angela. High recommended !

I’ll start by saying that I am the MOST nervous of patients. I have to be dragged by my molars to see any dental specialist. So it’s a compliment enough to say I’ve been back here time and time again and have had the best experiences. From the friendly, efficient, understanding and kindly reception team (my last visit in Dec 22, I had the pleasure of being processed by the fabulous Natasha) to the cleanliness of the waiting area to the professional duty of care after an appointment. All utterly fantastic.Talking of fantastic, my personal dentist, Dr Roshani Dali, is the reason I keep coming back. Without doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is fully aware of my fear and does everything she can to alleviate my anxiety. She’s friendly, considerate, funny and kind. As for her specialist expertise, it is off the charts good.Overall I cannot recommend Denpure enough. I’ve got my best friend and my partner signed up to them and I will heartily recommend to anyone who stands still long enough to listen, that this is the place to go to sort out your pearly whites!
