Getting in touch with Denpure
All patients are given regular recall appointment as per NICE guidelines which are based on individual patient oral health needs. Appointments can be booked over the phone or in person. Patients will receive reminder text message 24 - 48hours prior to booked appointment.
Please give 24hours notice to practice for cancelling/re-arranging your appointment in order for us to offer that time to other patients in dental need. Failure to do so may result in discontinuity of NHS dental care.
As per "Failed To Attend" practice policy any patient failing to attend their two appointments within 12 months period may loose the right to seek further dental care and will be advised to seek future dental care from another practice.
Please phone as early as possible on the day to request an urgent appointment and we will endeavour to do our best to see you on the same day. Out of hours urgent dental care is provided by primary care trust on 111 (Mon- Fri 6.00pm - 10.00pm and on weekend and bank holidays: 9.00am - 10.00pm).
