This 53 years old gentleman used to eat 10 bags of sweets in a day, he slowly lost most of the teeth and standing teeth were severely crumbled, decayed and broken, patient wanted restoration of the function and cosmetics and after long discussion patient opted to go ahead with dental implants. All the teeth were removed and implants were inserted. Few months later the teeth restoration process began and final prosthesis were fitted over the implants. When patient looked at the outcome he became emotional to see his life changing smile, now he does nothing but smiles all the time.
