Standout dental care centre! They are taking great care of my family members.Extremely punctual but flexible at the same time, especially when it comes to putting off some appointments because of work reasons.They always send a reminder as we get closer to the appointments, and if you call the front desk they will surely make sure your needs to be worked out. A special mention for Carly who has been so patient and resolute about my recent appointments.

Had composite bonding carried out by Dr Roshani Dali. She was very helpful, explained the procedure step by step as I was a bit nervous about it. Made me feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend her for treatment. Dr Dali has always given me the best advice with regards to my dental care.

Attended Denpure today for a filling. Dr Mandeep Birah and Nurse Joanna where my treatment team. I was warmly welcomed and the treatment was excellent. Dr Mandeep explained the procedure clearly.I have been coming to Denpure and my dentist Dr Mandeep Birah for over 10 years. I have found all the staff very welcoming and friendly. Dr Birah is a very professional, experienced dentist and I would not hesitate in recommending her.

I have just been seen by Mandeep and Nurse Juno for a regular check up, they take time to explain what is happening and are happy to listen to any concerns and will advise accordingly. I travel 40 miles to attend this surgery. Fantastic services. Excellent staff. Many people are nervous of going to the dentist. But I enjoy going here. It is calm and comfortable. Great for teeth advice and a friendly service. Very helpful. Highly recommend Mr Makhijani.He is excellent.

Had a lovely (long overdue) check up with Dr Baythoon and nurse Geeta - they both made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Dr Baythoon explained what was happening at every step, talked me through my X-rays and by the end of the appointment we were chatting like old friends! Would definitely recommend, especially if you are someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist!

As a kid I had a bad expereince with a dentist, which always stuck with me. This made me very sceptical every time I had to go to a dental practice. However, when I came to Denpure I felt much better as the dentist Mandeep Birah explained everything carefully before even starting, as she saw I was scared. She had done an amazing job as I barely felt any pain and showed great professionalism. Due to this, after nearly 4 years I still attend appointments with dentist Mandeep Birah and couldnt be more happy with the service.

This is my second time using the service in denpure dental practice. I had an amazing experience in the practice as the staff are very approachable and friendly. Especially, angela and sabnam, they both were very professional and explained everything in detail and very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend to others. My dad and I had our appointments booked here for minor fixings and a checkup. From start till finish everyone there was so nice and welcoming. They talked us through step by step of how they were going to help us with our problems. I had a few teeth at the back removed and my dad had his teeth filled in, and again they talked us through everything they were doing and were very professional. Overall they treated us like family and there never a point in our visit where we felt left in the dark or uncomfortable. Again after my dad had an emergency visit to remove a tooth and he told me how they recognized him and treated him yet again with the upmost respect. Their professionalism was off the charts. Special shout-out to the Head Dentist and RSD as they were the ones that took care of us. Very pleased

Im one of them who hates dentists but I’m over the moon about my experience at Denpure. I was very nervous before my appointment but my mind was quickly put at ease. The receptionists was kind and caring. My appointment was with the very friendly Angela who was very softly spoken with the softest touch. All my worry’s was brushed aside by Angela’s reassuring words and kind nature. Very happy with the treatment and final results.

In this clinic, we are served by a family, firstly, it is convenient, because it is close to home, secondly, the quality of service is at the appropriate level, the materials used by specialists are professional and high-quality. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, a very pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly staff, administrators are very responsible, warn in advance if there are changes in work, and always adapt to the needs of the client. Separately, I want to say about the quality of work. We go for treatment with pleasure. I treated my teeth, in addition to the treatment, I received a consultation regarding the future prospects and desired work. This is valuable information because you can predict the situation and plan the next treatment if necessary. It is not always possible to get such honest work and receive high-quality services for a reasonable price. Thank you.

the worst service I have ever hadas I was using the service of this clinic on NHS expenses , they use to give me one appointment every 2 months and at 30 mins before the appointment they used to cancel the it cause the doctor is sick, I had 4 appointment with them and I faced this cancelation 4 times, it seems just kind of policy they do it with NHS clints to stop them coming again, so cleaning my teeth and mend one of them took me 8 months to finish.I asked the doctor, can I mend the other tooth? she said no sorry, because you are on NHS you have to leave a gap of period to use our service again. So I have to wait not for a medical reason but because I am on NHS , that means they are thinking about money, be sure if your doctor think about money to treat you that means you will never get a good service.I don't recommend them at all.

Appointment booked with the hygienist who was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure my teeth are now at there very best both in health and appearance. Found this place by doing a Google search for Composite Bonding. By pure coincidence they were having an open day, with a discounted composite plan.I hadn't been to a dentist in excess of 5 years so was dreading the work I may need before bonding could take place but all I needed was a scale, polish and chip repair!So only charging for the work I needed doing, which was a relief... their prices are really reasonable too, the check up was not much more than the NHS charge.Oh and staff and very friendly too!

I have always had huge anxiety with dentist and my teeth got to a point I was extremely embarrassed. I found it difficult just pushing myself to make an appointment. However from the very first consultation with Dr Dali I felt safe, respected and understood. Dr Dali went at my speed and was amazing at calming me on my bad moments. The process was fully explained at each stage and I felt she really cared about me. Thanks to Dr Dali I made it through my treatments and have been given a new found confidence. I always covered my mouth in shame but I now smile as big as I can. The transformation has really changed my life and means I no longer hide away. I can not thank Dr Dali enough.

I have to say I have dentist anxiety-after a few bad experiences in the past-So I’m obviously not a regular visitor-but after having a broken tooth with a hole in,that then led to an Abscess,I had to go.I found Denpure,who were absolutely brilliant with me.Gentle,understanding and really patient on both visits.Overall,I had X-Rays,extraction & my teeth cleaned and I honestly didn’t expect it to be so painless & straightforward.Amazing.Thank you so much for your professionalism..See you in 3 months!

I have had an amazing experience with my Invisalign treatment which took only 6 months to complete. I am so happy with the results, my teeth are super straight and I cannot stop smiling. I’ll start by saying that I am the MOST nervous of patients. I have to be dragged by my molars to see any dental specialist. So it’s a compliment enough to say I’ve been back here time and time again and have had the best experiences. From the friendly, efficient, understanding and kindly reception team (my last visit in Dec 22, I had the pleasure of being processed by the fabulous Natasha) to the cleanliness of the waiting area to the professional duty of care after an appointment. All utterly fantastic.Talking of fantastic, my personal dentist, Dr Roshani Dali, is the reason I keep coming back. Without doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is fully aware of my fear and does everything she can to alleviate my anxiety. She’s friendly, considerate, funny and kind. As for her specialist expertise, it is off the charts good.Overall I cannot recommend Denpure enough. I’ve got my best friend and my partner signed up to them and I will heartily recommend to anyone who stands still long enough to listen, that this is the place to go to sort out your pearly whites!
